How It Works: |

- Buyers use Google to search for what they want to
buy.
- They spot the Google Checkout badge on your
product search listings or AdWords ads & arrive on your site.
- The buyer adds desired items to their shopping
cart and chooses Google Checkout to pay for their items.
- Two clicks later the buyer completes their
purchase.
- The order becomes available in Kyozou's shipping
module and Google will send your funds directly to your bank
account.

Service sellers with self-managed AdWords Program and Processing Service
accounts. Advertising sellers will be charged for ads that exceed the
promotional credit and must suspend their ads if they do not wish to
receive additional charges beyond the free credit amount. Subject to
Google approval, valid registration, and acceptance of the Google
AdWords Program and Processing Service standard terms and conditions.
The promotional credit is non-transferable and may not be sold or
